Hello, my lovely friends--
I've been neglectful this past month and I apologize.
It is my hope that each and every one of you were able to enjoy a Thanksgiving filled with warmth and love. I certainly have much to be thankful for this year, and always. Number one being that I am living life of my own accord.
This month I am choosing to not get swept up in the stresses of holiday madness. Instead, I intend to sit back with friends, or a cup of tea, some music playing, candles burning, reflecting on life and it's meaning. I see the news flashes of "Black Friday" shoppers and the insanity and have no desire to bring that into my life. Instead, I'll focus on the positive and let peace settle within me.
I've shared a link to a website that I enjoy, mindbodygreen.com. The article that caught my eye was, 10 Words Everybody Should Live By, by Dr. Lawrence Rosen.
I wish blessings on all, for a month filled with love.
Peace.
